title and shows an outline of the property and its location in relation to the surrounding properties. It may contain coloured
markings referred to in the Register (for rights of way etc) and boundary markings. It is the official filed plan with the
title register. The title Plan contains the following information - General guide of boundaries
- Lands orientation
relating to north
- Indications of specific easements and rights
- How land relates to surrounding properties
